We had certainly been busy in our Bristol workshop, meticulously hand-crafting the newest member of our arboreal troupe. Our latest creation, Orchid is the perfect companion to Blossom, bringing a fresh palette of vibrant, elegant florals and intricate leafy details to the pair.
Together, Blossom and Orchid create a stunning visual symphony. Standing tall on stilts, these stilt walking floral trees are more than just costumes—they are living pieces of art. Their majestic height and organic movement make them the ultimate "wow-factor" for any occasion, from whimsical summer weddings to high-end corporate garden parties.

Like all of our fairytale acts at Asteria’s Playground, Blossom and Orchid are designed and created entirely in-house. This means you won’t find these exact characters anywhere else. When you book with us, you are booking a truly unique, authentic experience crafted by artists who care about the tiniest details—from the shimmer on a petal to the mossy texture of the bark.
The process started in our Bristol workshop with a mountain of high-quality silk florals, hand-painted textures, and a vision for a character that felt both royal and wild. We didn't want Blossom and Orchid to just be a "costume"—we wanted them to be an organic extension of nature.
